I'm Kseniia Yanko, a 25 year old photographer from Poltava, Ukraine. Photography has been an integral part of my life for over six years. I worked with numerous opinion leaders, businesses and institutions. Specializing in event and portrait photography, my experience has led to opportunities to collaborate with prestigious platforms such as Ukrainska Pravda and to have my photos published in Ukrainian Elle and Focus.

In March 2022, due to russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, I moved to Berlin, where I continued my photographic journey as an art and commercial photographer. In mid-April 2022, I started a photography project called "The Bug-Out Bag" which aimed to share the experience of being a refugee with the local community.
The project "The Bug-Out Bag" received recognition and led to a solo exhibition at alpha nova & galerie futura in Berlin. In addition, my works were included in the collective exhibition "Safe Place", which brought together fellow Ukrainian photographers at the Galerie der Hochschule der bildenden Künste Saar, Saarbrücken. This series of photographs was also published in the anthology of Ukrainian photographers "Safe Place".
During my time in Berlin, I've collaborated with various businesses and organizations, including the Rising Media, swinx, The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, Goethe-Institut, International Centre for Migration Policy Development, Crisis Simulation for Peace, English Theatre in Berlin and others. Each collaboration has enriched my artistic vision and allowed me to learn from diverse perspectives and cultures.
I invite you to explore my portfolio and learn more about my experiences. If you have any inquiries or opportunities for collaboration, please feel free to get in touch. Let's create something meaningful together!
